Ember & Stone started as a small wood-fired kitchen on Main Street with six tables and a single conviction — that Buford deserved a restaurant that treated food seriously without taking itself too seriously.
Twelve years later, we're still cooking with the same open flame, still sourcing from the same Georgia farms, and still welcoming the same families — plus a few new generations at the table.
